RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages & Wrong Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at mineglowsupport@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right with a full refund or replacement — no need to send anything back.

Change of Mind Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at mineglowsupport@gmail.com first. Do not send items back without contacting us first as they will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item and once accepted, place a new order.

Refunds Once your return is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at mineglowsupport@gmail.com.
